Myofunctional Therapy

Kathy

Kathy is our Myofunctional Therapist.  She and Dr. Hockel met when she began coming all the way from Half Moon Bay for her son Justin to see Dr. Hockel for his orthodontics!  Her dedication and passion for Myofunctional Therapy (see below) has helped many patients, both children and adults, achieve balance of their oral facial musculature.  This is a critical part of orthodontics, both in the active phase, and in keeping teeth straight.  Kathy generally sees patients bi-weekly or weekly when myofunctional therapy is indicated.  Kathy is very happy to be a part of the Hockel Dental Team.
