Kathy is of of the Myofunctional Therapists we've worked with.  Myofunctional Therapy (aka Orofacial Myology) is a critical part of orthotropics and orthodontics, both in the active phase, and in keeping teeth straight.  Myofunctional Therapists generally see patients for an initial evaluation and then for periodic appointments either in person, or sometimes even by Skype.
